According to the Etrat Bootorab Institution Office of ChaharmahaloBakhtiari Province, the first ‘Scholarship' conference was held in Chaharmahal oBakhtiari Province with the presence of central office officials and elite children. The ceremony began with the recitation of holy Quran and the special blessings of Imam Reza and continued with the performance of the anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Ali Malekpour, Director General of the Chaharmahal oBakhtiari Provincial Relief foundation, who spoke about the goals of the gathering, livelihood and education issues, added: I would like to appreciate and thank the efforts of the Etrat Bootorab institution in the province in the last few years. One of the elite students of the institution, who considers himself indebted to the efforts of Bootorab's servants and in this regard presented his master's thesis to Seyyed Mohammad Nasser Seyed, the founder of Etrat Bootorab Institution, delivered a pleasant speech. Then, Abbas Peida, the educational director of the institute, did the introduction of the scholarship plan. The ceremony continued with a competition and the awarding of prizes and the expression of the greatest wish of the children, and several children of Etrat Bootorab were symbolically honored. All students were invited to come to the stand and received the prizes and the Scholarship and competence Agreement along with the contract from the institution officials. Scholarship and competence is a cultural and educational project that is implemented for 123 worthy and elite students of Etrat institution chaharmahal oBakhtiari province, who have a grade point average above 18, so that these talented children can achieve their goals without any worries.
