Bootorab charity institute’s structure consists of two levels: Staff and Line

A. Staff 
We work on planning, organizing, preparing rules and regulations, executive regulations, financing, preparation of service standards and use of human resources, monitoring, and evaluation of functions and other staff.

B. Line

 In order to carry out executive operations at the provincial and city levels, the charity institute’s offices have been established in six provinces with the presence of the institute's representatives and social workers.

We strongly believe that we can benefit greatly from the available capacities of the country's support organizations and charities in the provinces and cities.
